Attendance Policy
- All dress rehearsals and performances are mandatory.
- Prior commitments must be listed on audition packet for the director to consider excusing.
- If you are not at school, you are not permitted to rehearse unless cleared with the school.
- Accumulating absences and tardies will warrant a review by the director (Are you hindering progress of production?)
- If you are a hindrance, the director may replace your role in the current production, remove thespian points, and/or limit or disqualify your participation in the next production.
Stage Crew Has 10 Available Positions
- 7 positions are stage hands. Stage hands are those that move the set when needed. (These positions also have tasks before, after the play, and during intermission
- 3 positions are techies. Techies are those that run the technological aspect of theatre, e.g., lights and sound and are required to attend the cast Tech Week rehearsals.
- All 10 positions assist in making the set, as well as serve as ‘housekeepers’, i.e., tidy up the commons, straighten chairs, help with the pole-and-drape set up and tear down. These responsibilities take place before and after the play and during intermission(s).

Ushers x2
- Position 1 - Outside door greeter
- Position 2 - Inside door greeter
- Both users will also assist in folding and stapling programs, attend to coffee (making sure it is made, cart stays clean, wheel cart to kitchen after last intermission and clean it
- Position 1 - Seller (Takes money, properly conveys the "how-to" to customers, sets up sign and area, and provides writing utensils)
- Position 2 - Filler (Fills bags, staples message to bag, keeps area neat)
- Position 3 - Runner (Takes orders backstage and keeps candy supply stocked)
- Position 1 - Money Taker (Handles money and change for customers)
- Position 2 - Runner (Grabs food and drink items for customers and keeps food and drink supply stocked)
- Position 1 - Lighting Tech (Programs and runs lights for rehearsals and performances)
- Position 2 - Sound Tech (Programs and runs sound for rehearsals and performances)
- Position 3 - Lighting and Sound Assistant (Assists lighting and sound techs)
- All techies are responsible for hanging the black paper to cover the school door windows in the lobby
